Fitness means what ?

Fitness hona matlab jaruri nahi ki apki Abdominal ache hone chahiye. Fitness ka matlab hota hai ki apki daily routine wali life me ap wo sab kam kar sako jo ap karna chahte ho, Wo bhi bina thake.

Jiske liye apka strength,endurance ka develope hona bahot jaruri hai

Uske liye ap kuch bhi kar sakte ho jaruri nahi ki sirf gym jakar hi fit ho. Ap kuch bhi kar sakte ho apka favorite sport khelo,Running,Treacking,workout,Yoga or Zumba kuch bhi ap kar sakte ho jo apko pasand ho.
